Too often dental patients are subjected to tedious check-in procedures on their first visit. We want your first visit to go as smoothly as possible, so we’ve streamlined the process for you. We keep the paperwork to a minimum for our new patients, with new patient forms and appointment forms available online to give you and your dental care team a head start upon your arrival.

During Your Appointment
When you arrive, the first thing you can expect is a warm friendly greeting from our office staff. They will gather your information and address any questions you may have prior to meeting Dr. Yu. One of our staff members will show you to your treatment suite, where they will take some digital x-rays.
You’ll next meet Dr. Yu, and complete a comprehensive exam with him in order to help determine your course of treatment. We encourage you to share whatever questions or concerns you may have with either Dr. Yu or his knowledgeable staff. Education as well your comfort and relaxation are an integral part of our mission at Avalon Dental Group.
Bring your completed online forms with you or email a copy to our office in advance of your first visit so we can save you time, get to know you better and coordinate your care more quickly. We know your time is valuable, so we want to get your dental care off and running as soon as possible upon your arrival.
