Ateana is a Houston, Texas girly through and through. She proudly brings that friendly, welcoming spirit to her role at Avalon Dental Group, where she joined earlier in 2026. . Ateana strives to help each patient feel confident and at ease from the moment they step into the office, ensuring every visit is a positive and reassuring experience.

Outside the office, Ateana loves unwinding with her extensive vinyl collection, always on the lookout for new records to add to her shelves. She's also a big matcha enthusiast and never passes up a good cup from her favorite Houston spots. When she is not enjoying her favorite drink, you can find her cherishing life through a good book, movie or her fiancée Sean and their playful Cavapoo, Teddy who keeps life fun and full of energy.

Originally from Ukraine, Yuliya Klochkova moved to the United States in 2000, bringing a unique global perspective to her care. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Del Mar College and has spent the past 8 years helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Known for her gentle touch and attention to detail, Yuliya is passionate about patient education and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing video games, and spending time with her family.
